Company Overview
Bartco Design and Construction is a design/build contractor specializing in commercial land development. The operations include assistance from land acquisition and feasibility studies in coordination with real estate professionals. The process of schematic design, design development, entitlement and jurisdictional review and approval procedures are provided. Upon project forward movement through that process the construction document and final consultant coordination is engaged. Plans permitting, bidding and estimating are completed. Upon final engagement construction phase and engagement is entered and the project is built out.
Company History
Kevin Bartlett has been in the design/build profession for 34 years in the Las Vegas Valley NV. During that time the area of responsibility expanded from computer drafting and design to project development, estimating, site supervision and general contracting. This allow the creation of Bartlett Companies LLC in 2005 to allow the opportunities to expand. Since 2012 numerous projects have been engage ranging from office, warehouse tenant improvements, tour operations, aviation maintenance and private aviation facilities.
